Living in swamps and rivers with slow currents.

Distribution

The fish are found in Southeast Asian countries, Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh. The distribution area in Indonesia is in Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Java.

Food

This fish is an omnivorous fish species which preys on food commonly found in green plants, arthropods, and annelids.

Reproduction

Rasbora trillineata begins to have mature gonads at a size of 3.3 cm with a weight of more than 7gr. It belongs to heterosexual fish species.
