The SPEECTRA pond is a model of a fisheries conservation in a floodplain area. The SPEECTRA I pond with an area of 625 m2 and the water depth of approximately 5 m is expected to become a place of floodplain fish to live and breed. When the tide comes in, the fish that enter will remain in the pond so that this model can maintain fish population and fish production in floodplain areas.

The SPEECTRA II pond is a model of a fisheries conservation which was previously a fish farming system combined with agriculture, which is then used as a fish sanctuary model. The size is 10,000 m2 and is approximately 4 m in depth, with 6 plots of green area each measuring 630 m2 and the distance between plots is approximately 7 m. The types of fish raised in SPEECTRA II are trichogaster pectoralis, trichogaster tricopterus, helostoma temminckii, betta picta, puntius lineatus, belontia hasselti, anabas testudineus, channa striata, clarias batrachus, mystus gulio, and rasbora trilineata. The types of fish that are kept in nets are local clarias batrachus, anabas testudineus, helostoma temminckii, (broodstock and seeds), trichogaster pectoralis (broodstock and seeds), and channa striata.

Rearing pond with an area of 400 m2 used to culture the types of fish like pangasius s.p, clarias batrachus, channa striata, and other native fish of floodplain. There are 9 ponds that will be used as rearing ponds (B). The water coming to the rearing pond will first be treated in the inlet water storage pond (A). Disposal of pool water through the sewer pipe (E). Water distribution from storage pond using pump (C) which is connected through the water inlet (D).

The fishing pond is the utilization of the SPEECTRA I pond. With a land area of 1,152 m2 for each fishing pond, the fish have a large living space. The water used for fishing ponds is the tide that enters the pond during river tides.
The types of fish that are stocked are fishes living in floodplain area, such as helostoma temminckii, trichogaster trichopterus, anabas testudineus, clarias bastrachus, channa striata, rasbora trilineata, channa micropeltes, mystus nemurus, pristolepis grooti, mystus gulio, belontia hasselti, notopterus notopterus, channa pleurophthalma, puntius lineatus and pangasius hypopthalmus. Besides being used as a place for recreation, it is also a means of education about native fish in floodplain areas.
